How to raise a support ticket at idaksh?
Here a guide on how to submit a decent support ticket that helps us fix your problems a bit quicker. We’ve had quite a “this isn’t working” type tickets without any futher information. If you are raising a ticket please help us by following this simple guide
1) Describe your problem: My email isn’t working is ok but its better to say is it a problem sending/recieving. Does it happen with every account? Try including the username and password and the email address that is actually broken. Also include any error messages you get
2) Give us login details: If you include your IP + password it makes it a lot easier for us to login without having to send email back and forth
3) Check the knowledge base: We are constantly adding howtos into the Knowledge base so it can help to check there first before raising a support ticket
